A dedicated team


Jérémy, Gérard and the others…

Vianney and Emilie are passionate about wine and the vine and live year-round on the domaine with their children. In order to produce outstanding wines at Château Saint Jean d’Aumières, they are supported by a dedicated team with often surprising professional backgrounds…

Let’s begin with the Estate Manager, Jérémy. Having worked in the vineyards of Burgundy, California, New Zealand and Argentina, he now manages technical production and supervises the various stages of production. He also owns some of his own vines which he cultivates when he has some free time away from the domaine!

Then there is Gérard, part and parcel of the domaine! This retired vineyard worker has lived on the domaine for 25 years and is always ready with wise advice for the rest of the team.

From haute cuisine to the vineyards…

Our vineyard worker, Quentin, had previously worked as a Chef in Michelin-starred restaurants. Originally from the Savoie region, he traded in the snowy Alps for the vineyards of the Languedoc region. He has a passion for gastronomy and can sometimes be seen picking wild asparagus and other edible plants that grow on the domaine.

Last, but by no means least, is Ludovic, the domaine’s apprentice. He is studying Viticulture and Oenology in Montpellier, combining this with work in the Saint Jean D’Aumières vineyards. The youngest of the team, he is a real nature lover and pays great attention to preserving the domaine’s ecosystem.
